- Complaint and Claim Management: Registration , completeness , assignment to a processing unit and to an agent , tracking , processing , validation , and satisfaction measurement.

- Communication: Sending notifications by email or SMS regarding the status of your claim (acknowledgment of receipt, completion, transfer, assignment, rejection, processing, communicated solution).

It is only shared with the relevant financial institution and SATIS personnel members (Pilots, Analysts/Staffs, Collectors, Administrators, Auditors) who have authorized access and whose intervention is necessary for processing your claim.
